Brian Dhom of Bloomington began Sept. 21, as a credit officer based at the cooperative’s central office in Mahomet.

Where did you go to college?

I was raised in rural Bureau County and graduated from Princeton High School before receiving an associate’s degree from Illinois Valley Community College. Then I earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Illinois State University.

What brought you to FCI?

Before joining FCI, I worked for nine years at Heartland Bank, including six years as a credit analyst and three in credit operations. FCI’s culture of family and excellence interested me in a career here.
