-
December 2, 2019
Dustin Jensen of Washington began Dec. 2, as an associate general counsel based at the financial cooperative’s central office in Mahomet.
How did your education and previous work experience help prepare you for this role?
I was raised on my family’s Kankakee County grain farm and graduated from Clifton Central High School before receiving a bachelor’s degree in history with a minor in secondary education from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Then I earned a juris doctor degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law, cum laude.
Before joining FCI, I worked for six years for the Peoria law firm Hasselberg, Rock, Bell & Kuppler, LLP – beginning as an associate and ending as a partner.
I was drawn to FCI because it combined my legal training and passion to help farm families succeed.
